Order details you give us (name, email, shipping address, order notes), the images you upload for printing, the layout of the wall you build, and basic anonymous usage events that tell us which steps of the builder people complete.

To produce and ship your order, to answer support messages, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the builder.

Uploads are stored in private storage. They are not public, not listed, and not used for marketing. Only our production staff can access them, through time-limited links, in order to print your order.

We share only what is necessary with the service providers who run our hosting, storage and shipping. We do not sell personal information.

Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. Print files are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable reprint window afterwards.

Email hello@plaqd.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. We will confirm the request before acting on it.

We use browser storage to keep your in-progress wall and an anonymous session identifier so your draft survives a refresh. No third-party advertising trackers.
