Every PlaqD is made to order from your image, so returns work a little differently than off-the-shelf art.
Custom pieces
Because each panel is printed with your artwork, custom PlaqDs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change a crop, a size or the shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not entered production yet, we will update or cancel it for a full refund.
Damage and defects
If a piece arrives damaged, or there is a printing or finishing defect, we replace it. Send us photos of the piece and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will produce a replacement at no cost.
Image quality
The builder flags low-resolution uploads before you order. Pieces printed from a file that was marked as low resolution at checkout are not covered by the replacement policy, but reach out and we will help you find a better size or file.
